Privacy Policy

Last updated: to be completed before publication.

Working draft. Have a privacy/GDPR consultant review this before promoting the site widely, in particular the references to the data controller and the external processor (MailerLite).

Data controller

The controller for data collected through this site is Lisa Zanco, an individual, reachable at privacy@detectivemoventi.it.

Data we collect

Through the "The Zero Case" form we collect only the email address the user voluntarily provides, for the sole purpose of sending the downloadable file and, if the user consents, follow-up communications from Detective Moventi (new cases, book updates, newsletter).

Purpose and legal basis

Processing is based on the user's explicit consent, given at sign-up and confirmed by a double opt-in email. The email address is not used for purposes other than those stated and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to Detective Moventi.

Email service

The email list and communications are managed through MailerLite (MailerLite Limited), acting as an external data processor. For details on how MailerLite handles data, see their privacy policy.

Data retention

Data is kept until the user withdraws consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email you receive.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@detectivemoventi.it. You can also file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority; the controller is based in Italy, where this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

This site uses two categories of cookies. You can change your preferences at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
